All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct pricing errors that may occur. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Order Process

When you place an order with us:

• You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your dark pact
• Your order represents an offer to purchase which we accept when we ship your items
• We reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment at our discretion
• Orders may be canceled if items are unavailable, if we detect pricing errors, or for suspected fraudulent activity

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

SHADOW DELIVERY RITUALS

Order Processing

Once your dark pact is sealed (order placed), our shadow artisans require 1-2 business days to prepare your treasures for their journey to your realm.

Shipping Methods

We offer two paths for your dark acquisitions to reach you:

• STANDARD SHIPPING – $12.95: Your items will travel via DHL or FedEx, arriving at your dark sanctuary within 10-15 business days after leaving our shadowy realm.
• FREE SHIPPING: For orders of $50 or more, we offer free shipping via EMS. Your dark treasures will arrive within 15-25 business days after departing our possession.

International Shipping

We deliver our dark artifacts worldwide, with the exception of certain Asian regions and remote areas where our shadowy connections cannot reach. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your dark treasures promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

THE DARK COVENANT OF RETURNS

Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of the items. To maintain the integrity of our shadowy realm, your dark acquisitions must meet these conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging
• All tags must remain attached to the artifacts
• Items must be in the same condition as when they left our shadowy realm
• The original receipt or proof of purchase must accompany your return

Shadows That Cannot Return

Certain artifacts of our realm cannot be returned once they have left our possession, for they carry energies that cannot be reclaimed:

• Body Decorations – For hygienic reasons, these intimate artifacts cannot be returned once they have touched your essence
• Incense – Once the sacred smoke has been released, these items cannot be reclaimed
• Earrings – To protect our dark community from shadowy transmissions
• Gift cards – These ethereal tokens cannot be returned once purchased
• Items marked as “final sale” in our collections

The Ritual of Return

To initiate your return or exchange, follow these shadowy steps:

• Complete the Shadow Return Form – Use the template provided on our website to ensure all necessary information is provided
• Await Our Response – Our dark emissaries will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 2-3 business days
• Send the Shadows Back – Package your items securely and ship them to our realm using the provided instructions
• Track Your Essence – We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages

The Return of Your Essence

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange:

• Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution (typically 3-10 business days).
• Refund Method: Your essence will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or defective items.

Exchange of Dark Treasures

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or entirely different artifact from our collection:

• Exchanges are subject to availability of the desired item
• If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
• If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
• Exchanges follow the same process and timeline as returns
