SHADOWS THAT CANNOT RETURN

  • Items marked as “final sale” in our collections

THE RETURN OF YOUR ESSENCE

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The funds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution (typically 3-10 business days).
  • Refund Method: Your essence will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. For PayPal transactions, refunds will be processed through PayPal. For credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB), refunds will be issued to the same card.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
